Shipping & Returns

  • All orders are shipped through USPS.

  • Once your order has been made it may take up to 2- 5 business days for processing before it is ready to be shipped

  • Standard shipping time is 7 - 10 business days with the exception of holidays. Weekends are not included in shipping time.

  • If items are marked ready to ship, they will be shipped between 3-5 business days.

  • Processing and Shipping times may delay during sales and holidays.

  • Address changes cannot be made after purchase so please double check your address and shipping details.

  • No refunds will be made on orders abandoned or refused shipments.

  • Cancellations cannot be made after order has been purchased.

  • To prevent fraudulent charges billing and shipping must be the same in order to purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Once your package has been received by USPS, we are no longer reliable or responsible for the delivery of your products

  • All orders MUST require a signature and shall be signed for

Returns / Exchange Policy

Shipping Policies

  • All items are Final Sale. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

  • Once purchase has been placed cancellations cannot be made

  • Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our end or under special circumstances. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost once items have been received. Items that are approved for return must be returned within 7 days.

  • If items are not in its original state your exchange will be denied. Specifically for curly hair the hair should not be combed out.

  • All customers are responsible for measuring their specific body part when purchasing either apparel or wigs. Sizing charts are located under all products. If item is too big or too small you cannot exchange or ask for a refund.

Lost / Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • Any packages that are marked delivered but are deemed lost/stolen, you must contact the carrier.

  • Please be sure you address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

  • Once again, we are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package.
